I have had ongoing shoulder problems from hedgetrimming and strimming day in day out for the past 18 months. I have tried all sorts to try to alleviate the tension and pain with varying success. Charmain has a friendly approach, professional understanding and is intuitive as to what is needed, where. 

After my first session I definitely felt in roads being made, stripping out knots and loosening my neck and shoulders. Roll on session number two!!
